100,000 CZK (including VAT) with the payment within 5 days of the conclusion of the contract.

15 % of the purchase price (including VAT) with the payment within 5 days of the conclusion of the agreement on future contract.
2.
DEPOSIT
45 % of the purchase price (including VAT) at the completion of the structural works.

40 % of the purchase price (including VAT) before the purchase contract is concluded.

Is the booking fee refundable?

The booking fee is non-refundable.

When will I be invited to sign the purchase contract?

The agreement on future contract will be concluded on the basis of the Seller's appeal

I would like to pay for the property with my own funds, is it possible to negotiate individual payment terms?

Based on the Client's request, this option will be considered by the developer and negotiated individually with the Buyer.

+ I want to change the names in the contract to someone else during the construction, is it possible?

Yes, this option is possible.

How is the last installment of the apartment´s price paid, is it payable before or after the final building approval?

The last installment of the apartment´s price will be paid after the building approval certificate has been issued. The buyer will be invited to sign the Purchase contract within 15 days after the building approval certificate has been issued. The Client is required to pay the balance within 30 days of the date of receipt of this notice.
